Fantastic. I bought an industrial machine, and any time I've had issues, I've called (sometimes it does take a couple calls), but they always follow through and help me fix whatever issue I'm having, over the phone, as bringing in my machine would be more than a hassle. They stand behind their product and customer service lives on well beyond purchasing. Highly recommend buying from Bazar91, quite a gem of a online store.

For over 150 years, PFAFF® has developed premium sewing machines distinguished by their sophisticated appearance, superior performance and exhibiting ultimate design freedom.
A close watch on industry needs and trends has become increasingly important as sewing has evolved from a necessity to a form of creative expression. And this evolution is something we take very seriously. It has inspired our product development to be driven by insight, not just demand. And as a result, our products embody the innovative technology and best-in-class craftsmanship required by today’s most passionate creators — required by those who wish to stand out in a crowd.
We believe the search for individuality will always be in style. Perfection starts here™.
Since 1862, when Georg Michael Pfaff built his first sewing machine and founded the GM factory PFAFF®, the company's ambition has remained the same: to constantly renew and modernize sewing technology. Quite a few milestones have been passed along the way. Here are some of them.
Ten years after the company was founded, a thousand sewing machines had been manufactured. After PFAFF® opened a new factory in Kaiserslautern, Germany in 1902, the production rate increased significantly.
We proudly released our one millionth PFAFF® sewing machine to the public.
In 1922 we launched our first Rotary Hook sewing machines.
We launched the famous PFAFF® 130—a high-performance Zig-Zag machine—to meet the ever-increasing demands on the market.
The five millionth PFAFF® sewing machine was created and celebrated.
1968 saw perhaps one of the biggest milestones in PFAFF® history; the launch of the PFAFF® 1222, featuring the Original IDT™ for integrated dual feed, as well as Electronic Needle Piercing Power.
1984 we released our first computerized sewing machine with IDT™ and the ability to program in your own stitches.
1988 saw the release of our first machine with 9 mm stitches and the creative™ Designer feature allowing the sewer to create and copy stitches.
The first machine with Maxi Stitches up to 40 mm wide came in 1990.
In 2011 we launched our most advanced top-of-the-line sewing machine to date – the PFAFF®creative sensation™ sewing and embroidery machine.
PFAFF® introduces a host of five new machines designed to help sewers reach new heights: the creative™ 3.0 sewing and embroidery machine, the performance™ 5.0 sewing machine, the quilt expression™ 4.2 sewing machine, the expression™ 3.2 sewing machine and the passport™ 2.0 sewing machine.
2017 marked the launch of the PFAFF® creative icon sewing and embroidery machine offering seamless connectivity, unparalleled power and maximum workspace.
Sewing is an art form requiring tools of precision. We will continue to perfect those tools, enabling creators to reach higher levels of artistry and perfection. No matter what’s next, every PFAFF product will continue to be characterized by reliability and unrestricted freedom of design.
